Wharf's Chairman's Report released yesterday only mentions an appeal of the court's decision, presumably that would be to the High Court.

First they need to get lawyers that will represent them. Given that they could not retain or get new lawyers to represent them in the original trial and reading the Chairman's Report and the judgement on the case I don't like their chances of getting a lawyer to take on any appeal.

They seem to lack a fundamental understanding of the judgement and the reasons why they were unsuccessful.
