    Read the 1st sentence after "Offer Type And Size in the BBY offer. "The company is raising up to 4.2m via the issue of 100m ordinary shares".
    No mention of options or the balance of the cash coming when the options are exercised.
    Shouldn't have to dig for more info. The company is meant to keep the market informed on price sensitive happenings.
