Dcob. Please read carefully, I've even bolded the key word. The logs and every other information were expected to be received by them "within days". That is not a deadline for SHs, it is a deadline between the provider of the logs and the company. Nowhere have they given any deadline to sh's to convey that information. It's what you have created with your own expectation.
They will provide any information that is "material" because they know the law.
JandJ. on what basis do you say that they have experienced difficulties with the testing? Heresay?? or "inside information"?
And TL, Brett has taken me off his Christmas card list because he is sick of me telling him everything that is going on in HC about him. His last communication to me IN CAPITALS was
