HGIQ, the very points that are trying to be made are contrary to your interpretation. The company did not "advise shareholders they will receive the results within days". The "they"/b>in that statement is the company NOT the shareholders!!
But, if you honestly believe that they said that and you are upset that they have breached the ASX Rules of disclosure, do something about it, dob them in to the ASX who are bound to make enquiries.
All that you will get by displaying your angst in this forum are maybe some TUs and dyspepsia. Will have absolutely NO influence on the company.
