    There is merit in that theory.

    50% on 9 c is 13.5 - 15c.

    Obviously the minority holders will politely tell them what to do with their offer (if indeed it is that low).

    Somehow I doubt it and it would be pitched at the 18c-20c initially. And they will use the double your current price.
