Assuming "the offer" is rejected and something more is in play then the Technically picture(T.A.) may be of some use. We need to break above 20.5c with some conviction but we do have all time-frames(Daily, Wkly and now Monthly) on a BUY atm....1st time for 'yonks'!

Two charts here ... Daily S/T "road-map"(pitchfork) and L/T Weekly for technical projections if we breakout above 20.5c.

Of course, this is all subject to offer rejection and/or something better in play right now as I said earlier!
