SGH have painted themselves into a corner by saying they won't increase their offer. They were stupid to do that. They've underestimated the NBT.
If the NO vote succeeds, what will happen? Will NXS go into suspension? Will SGH pull their offer and come back with a new one? What are the possible scenarios?
