I get this feeling, you know where, that our JORC might be slowed down a fraction so that friends of AVB can get some more cheap shares.
We don't need an Ore Reserve for a FML as far as I know seeing that the FML application is already submitted. BlackRock has pretty well said that they are happy with the resource they see because they just upped their holding. So really the only outstanding item is the FML.
What's the bet that once the FML is released, the JORC will be released at the same time. An early JORC won't speed up the loan approval without the FML. The paperwork is all already done and waiting for signing anyway.
The buyers effectively only have to worry about the timing of the FML on it's own. The FML is beyond their control.
