Unfortunately there are too many shares on free float to get a price moving. It will happen only when the free float dries up and they are held by stronger hands than those looking for a 0.001 rise. Of the almost 12M traded today many millions were the same shares a few times over.
A positive announcement should remove many of these shares to longer term holders. An announcement cant be too far away.
