I have purchased some great "T" bone steaks from coles.
I look for marble looking steak.
The little lines of fat, that tells you it isn't tough.
You don't want tough Abbott, you want soft Palmer lol.
Actual Palmer is to fat.
Not too lean and not to much fat.
Marble is the look.
