This whole story about Turnbull and his leadership ambitions is another example of a media beat up. It's so frustrating and an insult to intelligence.
Why should anyone be surprised that a senior politician has leadership ambitions? Of course he would, as should every other politician.
Taxpayers should expect that their elected representatives strive to be the best they can, and that includes seeking leadership positions. they should be sacked if they don't. I don't want lazy drones in Parliament.
