amok, I'm not saying hoofa didn't have valid points, but to say "EGM will not have my vote" before we know more, I just feel it's jumping to conclusion :)
I understand where hoofa and yourself is coming from, but I'm personally not going to be concerned about this until I see more details and see if the company do decide to go ahead or not. Before decide to panic or stay calm.
Because my point is, right now, management is just considering this acquisition, they are still doing their own research, this can go either way. If they don't go ahead, then those people that sold out at 4.4c, would have sold out for nothing.
