I agree about the crap raise leaving out retail investors. Maybe they were concerned about how retail shareholders might respond to an unnecessary crap raise just for ammo. However you can nearly buy at the placement price ATM. I bought some. Good Luck.
Also acquisitions have been going well for AMM and this sector in general.
PS - I hope they don't buy IIN - that might be a bit too much to chew on - lol
