If u are right fbloater it would appear from some of outer areas I mentioned that it is already happening .

I always thought the outer as in regional were last to boom , theory being inner city or close to city rose first and money spread outwards until the outer burbs got so dear then money hit the regional centres causing them to boom.

Holiday areas being a little different as they follow on from the inner and outer city boom and often then sacrificed when the receivers are called in to dispose of the inner city stuff .
Some bail out of the holiday house before that .

But I note many of the regional areas I mentioned in Vic aren't holiday destinations . I also note many of the regional areas only have a very small number of sales .

I also note ,generally speaking over the decades , there has been an exodus out of the country areas and into the cities as more work exists in cbd areas .
The internet era may of dampened some of the need to return to the cbd areas or that is what we were led to believe .

Better to just send all pensioners , under employed ,asians to serve 4 years in regional areas before being allowed to return to the cbd for the next boom .lol
