I'm not sure what to make of the "test", if it's just a replacement for "drilling" or not. Then again, it could really mean test.
Credit Suisse also released an analyst report 19/04/14. Nothing of great import in it.
In relation to Senegal there was only a paragraph on possibly reducing exploration costs by trimming some of their 40% interest in the offshore Senegalese blocks and the following table:
The $/bbl valuation is lower than Hartley's by $2. Hartley's also places a greater chance of success on the shelf play.
