I would guess the answer is the resolution will not be adjusted. The price is fair, it just doesn't seem like it anymore. As I've said before it's not much different than me getting an offer on my house on the settlement day that is significantly greater than the price I accepted on the sale day. Them's the breaks, get over it. It could easily have happened the other way round and we could be laughing at how we are about to vote on a sale of shares at a price that is now significantly about the current sp.
