hi boof,
you are right its crazy that PIR has a Mcap of around $546M
and RSG has only a Mcap of around $368M
That means that RSG is around $190M cheaper then PIR
And RSG has two producing gold mines and one mothballed goldmine all with working plants to produce the gold.
Like PIR, RSG has plenty of highly prospective exploration dirt but has also an steady income stream and making money.
They have very little debt while PIR has to go and lend money to build a gold plant and bring their mine into production.
The current discount that RSG is from PIR should in my opinion be reversed to RSG being the winner with at least $190 Million more then the Mcap from PIR.
It just shows how much value there is in RSG and which has not been unlocked yet.
Producing 345.000 oz for the FY14 is a lot of oz and next year should be even better.
PIR would have to wait at least another 12 or more months before they start pouring their first gold.
Time to see RSG back above the 70 cts as a start as we are just dirt cheap now.
