    cletus2, the rusted on Abbott supporters will not ecept what is going on.

    Fact is support for the LNP has dived since Abbott became PM and now the budget is going down like a lead balloon.

    The prospect of the budget not being passed though the senate is real but with LNP polling the idea of bring on a DD is unthinkable but it would be possible an early election could be forced.

    With that in mind the LNP would be feeling uncomfortable, they would not want an early election and looks like they would lose big time f they did.

    It looks like Abbott will have to compromise on his budget, dammed if he does and dammed if he doesn't.

    We know they are a number of Lib's that are not happy with the budget, the obvious solution to fix the budget woes and polling woes is to dump Abbott and have Turnbull returned
