If there is to be any further CR, it should be by way of a Retail Entitlement Offer to retailers and NO OTHERWAY. It is the retailers that gets shafted through share placement with Insto's and soph Inv's. Why should shites like CS even be given any opportunity to take up shares ahead of retailers. And 25% of SDL had already been given away to Noble and the consortium for next to nothing - so no more to them either.
SDL MANAGEMENT MUST START ACTING FOR THE SUFFERING RETAILERS!!!
If there is to be further dilution, let that dilution favor the retailers.
And they can add a further rider to the qualifing retailers - all those who've been holders for minimum 3 months.
