You hit the nail on the head...lol...I was just about to post something along the same lines.

Within reason, the market knows the results already...we just don't have the specific data.

The problem however is that such pre-knowledge is already built into the price to some extent...unless the results are better than expected, I fear the price may simply stage a mild rally, not unlike it did recently with the HLS5 announcement, then fall back to where it is.

The key in my opinion...and possibly the reason for the delay...might be due to negotiations regarding a JV, licensing agreement or MOU regarding the development future distribustion of the tests.

Personally, I doubt they would have had the time to finalise such a scenario, which lads me to believe all we might see is a glowing report of the significance of the high accuracy of the results.

At best, they may announce they have entered into discussions with interested parties...that might be just enough to get them over the line?

Anyway...with about $1.2m in the coffers and obviously some level of interest from the spp, it is hardly a case of desperation for funds in my opinion.

If as they say, they have a very busy first half 2006 ahead, at worst they can close the spp undersubscribed...then get the ball rolling with their product suit, early sales, JV arrangements, licensing agreements, etc...then raise any additional required funds once some of this good news is in the market and hopefully the price is a lot higher.
