Same thing happened to me this morning.
I normally do a few trades per month.

The most annoying thing from my perspective, I had faxed them updating to "Premium" only a few weeks ago.

They informed me that they never received it.

Filled out the form again and faxed it back to them this morning. They have only just re-instated my account as premium.

In the mean time one of my sell orders was activated.
Thankfully it was a win.

I have an e-trade account as well. Haven't used it for ages. However after this crap from NAB, I will start using e-trade.
