re: ** what a recovery from morning selloff I am no technical trader (med/longerm holder), but would agree with suspicions. Anyone trying to profit from triggering stop losses would have to have seen ARQ as an easy target after yesterdays fall off.
I tried to sell a few yesterday just before the sell off, probably like many others after the quarterly, could see better shortterm use for some funds. Ended up (reluctantly) selling a much lesser amount at 172 after the recovery today, just enough to cover a potential overcommittment on margin loan.
In the short term I see that part of my ARQ holding not carrying CGT liabilities as tradable. Hopefully I can get back in quickly when ARQ's luck looks better.
I am starting to fell as frustrated as parrot, but had the same frustration with COE for 6 months after buying last year. I am still a longterm supporter, and believe (hope) the half year financial numbers, and forward PE will give it a lift.
