Reported in Canada that Bush has brokered a deal with China and Australia to let Australia sell Uranium to the Chinese. It was stated that one reason could be getting Chinese help with Iran in exchange.
Once the deal is formally announced it will be interesting to see how the Federal Govt moves. And I am referring in relation to the State bans.
I have seen the signature 'success is a result of planning' on hotcopper and I think none a truer saying applies to those who position before the fact.
