Our illustrious management at Nexus continue to emphasis the preferred value of Nil under administration.

Here is a quote from the Independent Expert's Report, page 5.

"... we have calculated the value of a share in Nexus ( on a control basis) under the orderly realisation of assets method to be in the range AUD (0.03) to AUD 0.03 with a calculated preferred value of nil".

I would like to point out that our Independent Expert, that I believe has been overly conservative in their valuation of exploration assets, does give some possibility of a 3 cent return. If Nexus choose to threaten NexusBattle with inaccuracies in their web postings, in fairness, the full unabridged version of the IE statements should be presented to give balance to their arguments.

Of course, there is the possibility of a negative return.

Balance and informed statements is all I ask.
