The announcement confirms my thoughts on timing. The very early project plans showed commissioning as an 8 month timeframe from memory.

CDU are now saying that the commencement of commissioning is before the end of 2014. Add 8 months to that and you are into the second half of 2015, assuming all these dates are now met.

Most had worked on the plant being fully running before the end of 2014, but clearly that won't now be the case.

As I said, the timeline through to full production will determine the total cash needed. The longer it takes, the more cash that will be needed.
