So you are saying that there is competition out there (a crowded field?) which may be moving with more vigour than BLG? Considering the problems that Giles acknowledged existed and which needed to be confronted, I think I'll wait on the sidelines for the indication that BLG have things "sorted". I hope that point isn't too far into the future.
