I had much the same thought .... but he owns them under 2 titles, one of which last bought on 24/1/06 and one of which started buying in 2004 if I remember what I read yesterday arvo ... so it may not be as bad as it looks. It may be a legitimate tactic to avoid early disclosure .... why would someone want to do that? Has anyone googled the dude to see what if any info is available? Call me intuitive, but somehow I dont think a new substantial shareholder is a bad thing lol.
