I am thinking that a takeover might be somewhat difficult given the fact that Volcan and Zenix hold ~43% f the company.

Is my assumption correct?

All the juice now lies in content of the impending announcement.

What I find difficult to imagine is that the stock, over the last week, has been bought by solely by traders and or, speculators? I think that many of the more recent buyers are into this for the longer haul - just my opinion!
