The Indo's have said they can produce a barrel of oil and .6t of coking coal equivalent, from 3 tonnes of brown coal. Round figures, 100 for the oil and 54 for the coal gives 154. Figures here have quoted 21 dollars to produce 3 tonnes of brown coal. Leaves a fair margin for production costs
