Unfortunately Mr Market tends not to do what you want when you want it, and the response to positive news will be much less than you think it should be! LOL
I am not even sure if there will be a JV at all. So if there is one, all the better. Comes down to the terms and benefit to AZS I guess. I hope yesterday's seller is not an insider.
My guess is that the market reaction to a JV will be short lived, as the market seems to be a bit tired (May/June grumpies?). Surely the start up of drilling will push the price back into the 3.0c to 3.5c range again. And if the two come together? Time will tell.
