    We have observed some "differences" within the JV to date .. so I suppose its no surprise that HDR and WPL are making separate arrangements.

    I have mostly rebought my shares that were sold above $2.00 (average around $2.10) mostly at $1.85 then some at $1.95. Limited CFDs so far but my fingure is hovering over the buy button as we speak.
