I wish to raise some doubt about your calculation of Polo Resources acquiring the BLK shares for an effective price of $0.19. Given the information that we have, it’s impossible to calculate the price that Polo paid for the BLK shares. Unless somebody can provide a balance sheet for Perfectus Management, it is unknown what assets and liabilities it has. It is entirely possible that the assets (cash and shares) that Polo injected into Perfectus may be less than the liabilities, meaning the BLK shares were bought for an effective price in excess of $0.38. On the contrary, it is also entirely possible that Perfectus Management had a positive net asset position (assets worth more than liabilities) prior to the Polo transaction, meaning the BLK shares were bought for an effective price less than $0.19.
