In response to my email regarding the arbitration, PKO replied to me on 3 June,
"Thank you for your email and interest in the Company. Peak fully complies with its disclosure obligations under the ASX listing rules. Accordingly, Peak will release information regarding the arbitration proceedings within the parameters of those rules."
So there's a prompt update after the first hearing, but nothing thereafter. Makes you wonder why, doesn't it?
