They didn't say "We are in desperate need of cash to survive"
They didn't say "We cannot finish building the plant"
They didn't say "We are being paid too much"
They didn't say "We keep commenting about discussions with a major in order to keep some interest going"
They didn't say "We continually miss out deadlines year after year because we really are the wrong people to take this company forward"

So, maybe you should continue to wait until one of those comments are made in the report. When they are, try an exit in an orderly manner. Because right now, everything must be good!
