    Hi dugsab, I think they are buying within a certain time window ahead of news.

    I imagine it would be a sensitive issue as to how much a director can or should buy (not least at this moment).

    On the contrary, if the directors instead bought 10 times as many shares, I wouldn't be surprised there would be an uproar accompanied by all kinds of suggestions.
