Skyworth has ceased to be a substantial shareholder according to their notice of 19 January.
Now, after 13 January, Skyworth had 16,911,532 GPE shares (5.15%) subsequently reduced by 538,933 by 17 January when Skyworth dropped below 5% holding.
Since the 17 January, approximately 7,000,000 GPE shares have traded. Who is buying? Why? If, and I emphasize if, Skyworth is still the major seller then around 9,000,000 GPE might still be expected to hit the market before Skyworth is out.
At the present rate of around 1,000,000 per day this would take until mid-February.
It makes sense that announcements re the future for GPE such as a possible capital reduction (1 for 5?) followed by a capital raising (say 20,000,000 at 1 cent?) would be delayed at least until then.
Alternatively, the GPE shell could be sold off for between $300,000 and $1,000,000.
