Yep - where else will they find a 20 mil + pipeline to develop?
Price of oil strong - they will get a farm in deal done.
Very cheap stock changing hands here albeit it looks like the selling has dried up a bit.
France is the wild card too. An approval there will get people looking at the stock again.
