Hi Fg. As a mexican, I don't know too much about the CC, however the wifes sister lives at Ocean Shores, just above Byron, and we love it there. Might have missed the boat to buy though. If you are interested in BB effects, have a look at www.hsdent.com This guy does a lot or work on demographics and what the BB's will buy eg coastal property, retirement services, health services (drugs etc). Its interesting reading for longer term investing.
