    25% of any asset is worth naff all to anyone other than the company that owns the other 75%. Am sure Heathgate would be happy to see AGS out of the picture, but they know this. Who would want to spend big money for an asset over which you have no control??? Have watched AGS for ages, but as far as I can see, to quote Daryl Kerigan, "Tell em they're dreaming!!!"
