Both have better grades and lower reactive silica. Location doesn't mean that much compared to ore grade.. Also QBL has thin seams (av 1.3m) compared to BAU (3m+).. ABZ has thicker seams than both...BAU has way more cash.

there are a few reasons.. I doubt you'll 'TU' me for any of them though...

then theres CBX which has 1/4MC and far better grades + better location (in terms of shipping time, near gove)...
