    i guess ebsworth has advised alliance that it maybe worth putting out the for sale sign now leading up to the trial. application is still open. so i guess the legal action is part of a potential settlement and buyout equation.

    i don't think quasar will buyout the alliance share without the legal stuff being dropped.
