I will probably buy soon, some very good property coming on the market now, so might be time to cash in a few blue chips and hand it over. I will sleep better if the correction is under 10% but if you buy well you wont lose too much skin. Trying to get the best of both worlds, nice place on valuable land for development .... leaning towards acreage at the moment. You can get a nice place on a couple of acres and be 15 minutes to Burleigh beach for around $750k. What would that be worth in Sydney ....
