Mose, let's say that the legals have cost $5m to date. Do you really think that's going to have any impact on a deal that should be worth over $250m?
In the above scenario, it will be a difference of about 1c per share.
Nb. I'm not advocating bonuses for management/board members, but if we are looked after I could easily change my tune.
