so now where know where the money comes from! In Dec they approved a 3,000 home + commercial development which is a big bonus, and there is nice rental income from the warehouses etc. Teesport is in the North east of the UK and as such is not a residential growth area, so l doubt the land will appreciate that much, unless the Scots migrate south!
There is an oversubscription application as well, but you have to pay up front and then get a % alocation which is likely to be low, say 20%, and they sit on your money for a month or so.
On Tuesday it will go XR, so it will be interesting to see what happens to the price - may fall into the $1.50 range . Pity the DRP has not come in - could get more shares @ $1.52.
The other assets look sound, and even in an economic downturn they should continue to perform - an excellent defensive stock.
