What amazes me is that there is 3 thumbs up on 3 separate posts that say exactly the same thing!! Amazing.

Why is ramping up any more egregious than ramping down. The 'holier than thou' stance of IJ and fur ball is truly amazing. As much as Martis was wrong to pump so are you for calling people to dump.

Anyway, with regard to the posters mentioning a legal case - there is a lot more to a legal case than the pent up anger of share holders that have lost some cash. The sad fact is that no one cares about the little guy that lost some money on a 'penny' stock.

Where ASIC come into play is when the big boys do not play by the rules. Have a look at the recent NCM saga. The reason is - the big players and institutions do not like getting 'stiffed' so there is a lot of noise that becomes hard to ignore. Not many people outside of QBL or Hotcopper probably even know of QBL. Try this experiment. Ask someone you know who does not post on HC if they have heard of QBL?

Fact is - we all took a gamble in a game of, 'pass the parcel'. Some will have won e.g. Martis with his blatant ramping. I think it is reprehensible conduct but he has to account for his actions ro someone other than me.

If anyone here bought this stock based on the BS in this thread, hopefully, you have learned something. Some will have lost and it is generally those who will now be talking about a legal case. If, you are one of those dreaming about legal relief, spare yourself the further angst and move on. Do not come back to this thread looking for solace - you will not find it here. Do not look at QBL again. Close the door and walk away. And whatever you do, whatever you do - do not listen to that ragingboom person with his embarrassingly childish rhyming nonsense. In my opinion you would get better advice from the resident galah down at your local pet shop.

If you are still in, then the very best of luck to you. However, you should be relying on something a little more concrete than luck.

    I'm done.
