yeah biva-that's what worries me,no matter if you think how nice and enthusiastic they are,the problem is that you have 1.4 billion of them ,hellbent on trying to aspire to the western lifestyle,and a communist regime which calls itself capitalist.it's a very dangerous situation,a lot more so than the middle east or the ongoing post gfc problems with the US and europe.
what you have is a country that has so much influence financially,that the temptation is to just sell your soul to them for the short term gain.
basically,that's why people like twiggy should actually "harden up" and show some real leadership,for the country"s sake.
another classic example of this is his big buying spree today which actually amounted to nothing,except to show that someone who shouldn"t be in charge of so much personal wealth and power,be actually treated seriously.
blasphemy you say,he is my idol,but alas,in his press releases,he seems to say that he is here on a mission to save this wonderful race of people with promised abundant IO supply,and he can actually relate to them as being battlers and rising from the ashes,which directly translates to his own life story.it"s probably why the guy tends to put in the sympathy vote when dealing with these people.
so what does that mean for fmg,i have no idea,but one thing is for certain that china is not a bottomless pit.they can"t keep injecting stimulus to keep the 7.4%target .basically,that is why everyone is overproducing ,it"s just a volume game and end result production cost,as the supply/demand ratio inevitably gets to crisis point.
