hi guys , came across tng and after reading posts ( mainly positive ) thought
I do some research . I read the pre fesability report 2012

Seriously , my opinion only , but tng sounds like a cross between gbg and lynas !
1. High Capex required for infrastructure and plant requiring high levels of
debt ,doubt a bank will come to the party however if a investor gets in
the door, well then , they usually demand a conversion to shares
option , 440m currently on issue , so double that and more to cover the
loan 800m .(gbg)

2. Complex chemical processes with environmental concerns, mud Hut swamp for
example , non of these issues addressed because no plan has been tabled to
any enviromental commissioned ( lynas )
3. Power and water plans are not certain , yes I read the idea that they might use pit
dewatering but then only if the water quality ... oh , yes if that fails they might build
pipeline ti ti tree aquifer but even then , in their own words might incur a significant
cost penalty.....

Most of u are aware of trading halt , gl with that , but checked out market depth and there is no
rush on current prices to buy shares there is some build up at prices around 14c- 15c


Busternut to answer ur question on why is share price hovering around current levels .
this stock is highly speculative and will take years of development and regulatory approval
to get up , my opinion only
I suggest tng is riding the vanadium / storage energy story gl

I will declare that originally was attracted to this stock as I have also invested in battery energy
storage , also a spec , so cheers and gl next week
