So why would a rig maintenance issue warrant a suspension of trading? Because it's bad news? Because its an operational delay? If that were the case then I suspect that there should be more suspensions on the ASX than not, especially among the junior oil or mineral explorers.
If we are allowed to suspend trade due to drilling delays then we should have suspended trading years ago at 15c because that's how long it's taken to commence drilling in Senegal...
