Firstly,reckon a lot of activity at the junior end is not based on what you see, but on what is happening in the background. Hence the comment in the quarterly about looking at other projects both here and overseas? Not the sort of expression you expect from a company with modest cash reserves supposedly drilling up some flash old area in NSW? (it is not flash by the way!)

So is this statement giving the market a premonition of offshore activity to come? The management of this beasty likes travelling with their other corporate interests.

Secondly, it does not require much money to start churning a junior stock, getting the price to up tick at the close, attract the hot trading money , spruke a few comments on a web chat site, away she goes. Have a look at trading patterns in sub 10 cent stocks such as JRV, YAM, SHN, RRS, AUZ, and so on. (Someone invariably jumps on HC attempting to justify the price on the basis of 'fundamental values', crud.. it is simple ramping/pumping!LOL)

This second proposition does not necessarily involve management at all-it can happen around them!

The third proposition is that I am totally wrong, and that would not be for the first time!LOL
