Agreed.....the only thing in our favour is the fact we know they have cash flow and a fundamental business.

It's just that they have ZERO market profile.

One cannot help but think the placement has been an absolute disaster, and that the underwriters got stuck with the stock and are now licking their wounds.

It really irritates me to read comments from Bart (at the time of the placement) like "(the institutional support) was a testament to the market's support for the company's acheivements over the last 12 months"

That is just absolute putrid garbage when you see the selling that has transpired and the graph of the share price over that same 12 months. What we need from Bart is a little bit more company promotion and transparency because - without it - he is left looking like foolish for making those sort of comments about a company whose share price has dropped from $5.50 to $2.80.
